OEE Optimizer is designed to be a highly configurable, easy to use element of the Asset Management System. The user can simply configure machine names, target values, shift and break schedules within settings. At 5 or 15 minutes intervals, the application reads the running status, good part status, and bad part status from the PLC. This OEE information is saved into a SQL database.
